We open “Transformation Projects” in the most desperate situations of the world. We focus our efforts on the most vulnerable and most exploited. Often this occurs in countries torn by war and economic devastation, and the most vulnerable are children in circumstances of inhumane labor, prostitution, war, and homelessness.
Our first “Transformation Project” is the Tegucigalpa Garbage Dump Community, working with the Honduran school “Amor, Fe, y Esperanza.” Our transformation work takes place in four stages:

  1. Identify Need – identify a specific situation in which extreme poverty fosters the exploitation of children; a situation overlooked by the international community and not yet being served by effective non-profits
  2. Collaborate locally – find and connect with local leaders already working towards positive change and determine how to best empower their efforts.
  3. Develop Strategy – determine how strategic partnerships can augment the shortfall in local efforts, working towards a holistic approach in the transformation of lives and structures.
  4. Build Bridges – provide the infrastructure for the channeling of resources (both people and capital) and allow transformation to occur on both sides of the partnership.
